Dima is a digital enthusiast and a passionate people leader for more than 20 years, successful in building up winning teams. He is a senior executive with a result driven experience in sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Dima is an expert in development and scaling of sales & marketing organizations and digital business models with sustainable growth. Furthermore, he is experienced in change management and digital transformation from start-up to corporate environments (B2B, B2C & D2C).


Dima is CEO at einstieg.com Germany's leading event provider and digital platform for connecting trainees and students with companies, institutions and universities.


Before einstieg.com Dima was CRO and member of the board at Define Media GmbH. Define Media is a market leader in cookie-less and AI-driven native advertising in the DACH Region. Prior to Define Media, Dima was SVP E-Commerce for baur.de a web focused online retailer and part of Otto Group. He was responsible for the departments digital marketing, shop management and BI/Analytics. Prior to baur.de, Dima was Managing Director for several digital business models setup from scratch within Zalando Marketing Solutions part of Zalando SE.


Before Zalando Marketing Solutions, Dima was responsible for global sales and marketing as CRO and member of the board at  sedo.com based in Cologne, Germany and Boston, USA. SEDO is a global eCommerce company, providing a platform with marketplaces and services to trade premium domains and monetize domain name traffic, serving B2B / B2C clients in 140 countries. Prior to SEDO Dima held several executive positions as sales lead within Awin AG part of Axel Springer, a start-up called desired.de, a digital marketing agency and dialog marketing provider both belonging to Bertelsmann AG. Before that Dima started his career in consultative sales positions for direct marketing solutions at DHL Global and KarstadtQuelle.


Dima holds a Diploma in business administration at VWA Akademie | Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt
